*There is an electricity power generator for the whole building and apartments in case of an outage.
*The building counts with supply of water the 24 hours per day, but on top of that the flat counts with their own water tanks of 500 litters.
*There is a water filter/purifier, so you can drink water from the tap.
*We do not provide a cleaning service when the flat/room is rented, it is responsibility of the guest to keep the place clean. Upon check out please note you have to pay the cleaning fee of 30$ for cleaning of the flat.
*You could rent the whole flat for 6 people (3 rooms each with a private toilet each), or in case that you want the whole flat and you are less than 6 people (just 2, 3 or 4 people) you could use only 2 rooms and we will lock the other room. Please get in contact with us for a special price.
