"The house was beautiful. So secluded and quiet. The kitchen had everything. Very clean yard well kept. Very detailed in everything. Fire pit was great, wonderful screened porch to sit on at night. Outside games and seating and chairs for outside available. My daughter got married at Hummingbird Chateau. We rented the house for the family to stay in for the time we were there for the event. So convenient to everything. Loved it!"

"The apartment was clean and had everything we could have wanted or needed. Condiments in the refrigerator was a nice touch. I stayed with my grandson and Siberian husky for a weekend. The futon was comfortable according to my grandson, as was the bed. The host was very accomodating and responded quickly to messages."

"The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect to assess the downtown area. Off street parking simplified our stay. Very clean and everything we needed was included. Would definitely come back to the La Verne Guest House "

"We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was excellent. We were there for Halloween and enjoyed the Trick or Treaters. So much fun and family time. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit. I would recommend this property and we will definitely stay again."

"This is a perfect property for families or small groups with kids. There's so much space to run around both inside and outside. It's just a short drive to all the popular attractions, not more than 15 minutes away. Bob and Debbie were wonderful hosts and very friendly. "

"We had a lovely stay at Stratton House South. The location is perfect, an easy walk to dining and shops, yet still quiet. The unit is quite comfortable, though a little shy on power outlets by the bed. The historic notes throughout the unit were very interesting. We loved having the side yard for our use, and the provided coffee and eggs were delicious! We would definitely stay here again. "

"Wonderful family homestead. The place is better than what the online pictures show, including how quiet it is outside of the home. FYI DO NOT TAKE THE CRUMMY ASPHALT ROAD! Google took me to a locked gate in a potato field at night lol. Strongly recommend and we will definitely be back next time we visit Gettysburg College."

"It was exciting to stay at the Stahle house! We enjoyed the beauty of the home and it was immaculately clean. We had no issues or surprises. The only thing is that the listing showed there was a pull out bed and sleeps 6, which ended up only being 2 beds and slept 4. Some of our family had to stay elsewhere, but it was big enough to enjoy a family dinner together. We really enjoyed our time in the home Thank you so much! "

"Great location! Beautiful older house with beautiful hard wood floors and well stocked kitchen! Had a few questions which were immediately delt with. Overall a great place to rent. Especially enjoyed the garage with locked automatic garage door! Would recommend for sure!"

"A group of us had a great long-weekend visit! The house is absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 10, and the house could have easily accommodated twice as many. The property was spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommended!"

"It’s a very beautiful place, I like the setup. The only thing I don’t like was the curtains didn’t close and there was lots of light in the room. Also the breakfast didn’t open until 7am, I had a function at 7:30am, so I couldn’t utilize the breakfast feature."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The inn is located on a main road with a lot of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a battlefield right next to the hotel and museums within walking distance. Lots of tours available. It was a great experience. We loved how the room doors were on the outside of the building and we could step out onto the landing and watch the world go by. Beautiful views of the sunset. I wish they put some...
