"We chose this property in Swampscott, MA in July 2025 because of its location close to the venue for our daughter’s wedding. What a great decision we made! The location was perfect as we could easily walk to restaurants and the beaches. The 3 bedrooms were good sized, the kitchen was fully equipped, the living room had ample room for the 4 of us and the 2 off street parking spots were great. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo. "

"É uma casa antiga e espaçosa. Fica num bairro residencial, perto do centro histórico (10 minutos a pé). Não encontramos um bom supermercado em volta, apenas alguns pequenos estabelecimentos com poucas opções. Os móveis não são novos e rangem. O estacionamento é na rua ou numa estreita vaga ao lado da casa, ambos de graça. Não é fácil achar vaga na rua. O banheiro, assim como o resto da casa, era antigo, mas em boas condições e limpo. O check-in foi fácil e o proprietário nos atendeu prontamente...

"Though a tight space, cozy is a fitting descriptor. Five adult sized bodies fit fine. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We had everything we needed, including some pantry basics. It can't be overstated how important an assigned parking spot is in this area! The location is really easy to get to from the airport and to get into Medford/Cambridge/Boston quickly. The window a/c units worked great to cool the bedrooms down for sleep. This is not a ding but bring a sleep mask if you need...
