"Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return. "

"Nice property, very clean. But one of the bathroom 🚿 showershead needed fixing, and I did the reach out to host and the owner, about that. So we just took a shower in the one bathroom that the showershead was working.."

"Excellent property. Closest beach to soak in is Mar Chiquita- super close, can walk there. And playa Los Tubos a very short drive. Beach in front of property is nice to walk and sit and relax. Apartment is in excellent condition. "

"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. The rain came inside the entrance of bedroom!! Windows could not be closed and we had to sleep with mosquitoes. II WANT MY MONEY BACK: IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HONEYMOON! My wife wants to denunciate at open press..."

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

"The rental was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy P.R. Bakery down the street and a small but good food market.The Pincos down the street were so tasty ! I'll stay here again next trip! Thank you Ohhh yeah ac works solid."

"We had an amazing time and got to relax the entire week at this beautiful house. The pool and lake were the highlights! The property overlooks the water and what a view! Noemi, the host, was absolutely amazing. She checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything and offer her services if needed. Will be coming back for sure! "

"Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to places to eat. Neighbors were friendly. Washer machine did not work but not an issue. Laundry mat close to house. Garage door didn’t work but not an issue."

The property is not new so if you're looking for a contemporary "shiny" and "fancy" vacation home, this isn't for you. There is a smell but I believe Jose gives fair warning in the property summary. "The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."
