"They are trying to revitalize this area. So construction is going on (no noise, but some dilapidated buildings around , and that might turn off some people, but it really made it quite charming for us. The staff was unbelievably nice and attentive. And you can walk to old town easily and safely.(20min), so great location if you want to explore Old San Juan. "Property was very nice, clean, comfortable and safe. Maricruz contacted me with all the info I needed to check in later in the evening and was helpful the next morning holding our luggage while we toured the city. Only trouble we had was with the wifi and phone signal not sure if it was because we were on the ground floor or what but overall everything was good and we would stay again! "

"Es tremenda propiedad, buen alojamiento, tranquilo, seguro. Deben revisar el agua caliente, está totalmente descontrolada, eso es peligroso. UNA SUGERENCIA, poner una Air fryer para cocinar un salmón, un pescado o algo rápido. También la ventana de la habitación deja entrar la luz, deben ser más oscuras. DESPUÉS, todo genial."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

" Nice and new. Helpful staff. A small microwave would have been great. Perfect location ! The fridge even had a large freezer so a bag of ice would fit in it. "

"I was stoked to be staying in the heart of Old San Juan, but unfortunately there was an issue with the apartment that required I be moved to a new location. The host was gracious in offering me an equally nice place to stay which was still pretty convenient to where I wanted to explore. Over all, it is unfortunate I couldn’t stay here, but if there is any problems, trust they will be resolved with integrity. "

"Commutation was important as all of Puerto Rico lost power. The owners did a great job keeping in touch. The apartment was terrific and we were happy to have snacks supplied as food was difficult to get with the power outage. Loved the balcony and being in the heart of old San Juan. Thanks. Nancy T"

"Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!"

"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"I want to start off by saying this property allowed us to check in hours early!!! We stayed in Apt 1 and the AC was fantastic but not the cable TV. As long as you’re not super noisy or a chain smoker you’ll get along well with the on site property manager. He keeps a friendly-vigilant eye on the place. This property is perfect for catching an Uber to Downtown SJ (Candado Beach) or Las Plazas Des Americas or the Airport without the expensive hotel fee. We felt safe, even late at night walking to...

Nao sei se voltaria!

"O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Da pra ir andando para o pier dos cruzeiros. Nao é ruim, mas pelo preço poderia oferecer mais. O quarto é OK. O banheiro, idem. Nao ha interfones do quarto para a recepção. Precisa fazer uma chamada internacional para falar com eles, se nao possuir celular americano. Não me impressionou! O cafe da manhã é terceirizado, e apesar de gostoso é tudo muito restrito 1 creme para o cafe, 1 geleia etc."
