"When we arrived, there was no obvious office. Every obvious door was locked, and nobody was around. After walking all around the place, a cleaning lady met us and went to get somebody to help us. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. The beach was closed. It was basically a box with a bed in it. I would very much like a refund. We left the place and went and got a real motel."

"We had a fabulous day! Upon arrival the we found the house to be very open and bright. The house maintained the temperature it was set on very well. We really appreciated the cold air-conditioning!
