There are two different dining areas with a large dining table in the breakfast nook as well as chairs at the kitchen bar for convenience. This rental has two main bedrooms on the ground floor, and both feature attached bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has a queen. The loft, which is mostly enclosed, has twin bunk beds and Euro-bunk beds for plenty of extra sleeping space. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
