Terrible tea and coffee from the machines. Also fake milk and fake orange juice. All very cheap and poor quality. Food at buffet also very mediocre and I ended up eating breakfast at cafes outside the hotel instead. Awful kiosks for check in that are totally useless and which force staff to do all the work twice and therefore you also have to go through it all twice as well! ZERO soundproofing of rooms. I could hear a group of guys making lot of noise in the corridor and could hear a man snoring loudly in the next room. It was so bad it sounded like he was in my room. Unbelievable. Reception staff member told me I could stay in the same room, but twenty min later said the room was not available as he had not actually checked whether it was, so I ended up packing and unpacking several times and then having to leave the hotel, which caused me a lot of inconvenience. I was offered a single room, but no one had checked it and it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which I had already informed that I am allergic to. This hotel has a good location for the beach, but that´s about it. I do not recommend especially due to the terrible noise issues, but also the unwillingness of staff to actually check the rooms before giving them to guests and to check avaibility before allocating rooms. This is part of the work of the reception staff and they should not be avoiding doing these standard checks. This type of avoidance of checking indicates a lack of professionalism.
