"We take the kids and grandkids on a 5 day trip every summer. We get a VRBO. We like one that has a pool. This one was perfect! It got a little hot at night upstairs, I think the AC might turn off at night. But otherwise a perfect house. Thank you!"

We enjoyed all parts of the house: - theater room: streaming services worked great - pool table: lots of space, 1 pool ball was broken - living room: we played music with no problems of sound carrying, great for the light sleepers - kitchen: there was everything we needed. We did get some paper plates to avoid too much dish washing. (There is a drip coffee maker that lives there.) - patio/grill: one more table/set of chairs out there would be great. -...

"Exceptional! Wonderful place to stay. Super clean, tons of room and great location. Could not ask for a better place to stay. "

"This is a perfect house for families, especially with tweens and teens. The combination of the pool and the game room kept everyone entertained over the long weekend. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive when we had questions. The kitchen was generally well-stocked, although it was a bit hit and miss, with spices aplenty but very few glasses, no kitchen scissors, no colander for rice etc. It would also be great if the house could be properly stocked...

"Lovely property inside and out. Riversiide walking trails to enjoy during the day. Fabulous fire pit and hot tub for enjoying star gazing. The kitchen is great. The tub is huge and perfect for a long soak. The beds are so comfy, the sheets are super soft. The landscaping is gorgeous."

"Very clean house, new construction, so everything works, and the house felt new. Beautiful Hydro park a couple of minutes drive from the place, which we enjoyed with our dog who loves swimming. John was a great host and emailed us more than 24 hrs in advance writing that the house was ready for our stay. Helped that we were able to check in early. Would highly recommend!!!"
