"Had a wonderful stay with Marine Corps friends and their wives who ride Harleys. We visited the Alpaca farm across the street and visited various wineries and a mead brewery. Went on multiple rides and did some antiquing and thrift shopping. Cities visited included Cairo, Mt. Vernon, Benton, Cape Girardeau, Scott City, Metropolis, Paducah, etc.... We went to Cave in Rock state park and Garden of the Gods in Herod IL. Steve was great to work with and our entire group had a great time staying at...

"We wanted to get out of the city for the weekend and this was a great spot for it. Nice views and very remote yet close enough to Carbondale that we didn’t feel like it was a big distance to hang out in town and pick up some grocery items. Had a great time kayaking on the on-site pond. Also very close to many nature trails including a 5-minute drive to Panther Den trailhead. Overall, I would definitely come back."
