"This is an old house that has been renovated and it's so well done! The downstairs is unique and quirky and we loved it. The kitchen has everything you could need. The downstairs bedroom and attached bath/laundry room was perfect for my sister-in-law. (she has trouble navigating stairs) So....for those "seniors" out there I'd like to point out that since this is an old house, the stairs are original and very narrow and steep. "Stayed at this property for multiple days on a trip with my partner. 0 issues what so ever & communication with the host was great. This would be a great place to stay for family coming to visit a student. Set back enough where you won’t get unnecessary noise from parties and such but still well within easy walking distance to the center of town for all of the restaurants. Will stay here again if I’m ever back in town "

"Just got back from one week here. Really nice and comfortable house (and well quipped) in a great location if you want to be away from the crowds. Had a lot of fun on the lake, hiking the property, and day trips to Acadia. Acadia took us about an hour or so to get to, but well worth staying here- it’s a beautiful drive anyway. I think our dogs had more fun then we did- the property is perfect for dogs. Thank you and hope to be back!!"
