"This is by far the best home we have stayed in! The property is immaculately clean and the amenities are as described and then some. We were visiting our student at WVU and the location was perfect. The ride to downtown was only 5 minutes and we had a blast on Cheat Lake which has breathtaking views and was a short 20 minute ride. We enjoyed the huge wrap around porch in a lovely quiet neighborhood. I can honestly say this place truly felt like home away from home. We look forward to coming...

"We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s property. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple, the location is near everything, plenty of room for the whole family with a great fenced yard for your 4 legged loved one! After a long trek across the US, this home was an excellent reprieve. Benjamin was excellent, prompt to reply to any questions and extremely accommodating. Will be back in October and hope to stay again!!A+++"

"The host had the yert cozy warm when we arrived during an unexpected bout of cold. It was close to Morgantown, less than 15 min from our kid's apartment, 30 min to the Collesium. Farm fresh meat and eggs can be ordered ahead of time and will be in the fridge when you arrive. My 6 year old loved the playground. Lots of clever farm ingenuity throughout.
