"Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again! "

"The Tuscany Villa was tastefully decorated. There was something for everyone to do. The game room was in a detached garage and most time was spent in there. The house was big enough that we older folks could stay on the main level and not hear the kids in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful! Only thing lacking is a bathroom in the upstairs (3rd floor). "

"The house is perfect for our family. It has plenty of space. The kitchen worked for fixing our meals. We enjoyed the games downstairs. And we spent time around the fire pit. Nothing could be finer. "

"We were in town for a wedding. The house and cottage were great. Cottage was not as well equipped as the big house. Minor nuisance was that there were two trash cans in the kitchen which didn't open. A concern for the owner could be that the water nozzle in the fridge for water was broken which could be a problem for the owner. Overall it was a very good rental for our family. "

"The property was excellent for inside and outdoor activities for 25 people from age 8 to 80. We had both family and a couple friends from Ukraine. The kayaks were popular. So were the games in the game rooms, the fireplaces inside and out The kitchen was great. Some of the outside doors were unlocked when we arrived and we could not lock them when we left. That was true on both facilities. The main front doors unlocked and locked as they should."

"Even though it was rainy most days, we had a wonderful time. The house was SO BIG we had plenty of room to spread out. It was stocked with all the basic and then some. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect set up for my family. "

"This was a 5+ star property- clean, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations- could have used one additional bathroom upstairs so 4 adults did not have to share. 4 stars are due to the construction on a new-build next door. Work started at 7AM and continued until 6PM. The house shared a driveway so there was frequent construction traffic and people parking in the driveway. This is clearly temporary but distracted from otherwise wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion."
