"Very quiet location in a comfortable and large cabin that was well-equipped for all our needs. The twice daily visits of a dozen or so wild turkeys was an unexpected bonus!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Bings Bearadise! The cabin was even nicer than I expected. Beds were comfy, and the space heater made the cold nights feel cozy. The location is superb - perfect for traveling to different waterfalls in the area, pictured rocks, etc! Or, just hanging out by the river and relaxing in nature. The nature preserve nearby was a cool experience too! This campground is such a hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back!"

"Overall our stay was great. The location was nice and quiet and the camper was nicer than any of the other rentals we came across online. The lake was very pretty and peaceful. We liked sitting by the fire at night listening to the loons. "

"This could be the best little cabin. But needs some updating and a deep clean. The coffee pot leaks out the bottom and the vacuum smelled like dog. They have fold out couches, cool but need some refurb, Not comfortable. Very dark many light fixtures were missing bulbs or burned out. The bunk beds need vacuuming under the mattresses. If the place were cleaned & fixed up. We’d stay again. Otherwise there are other choices out there same price & much nicer. "

"It was amazing, beautiful and clean property. The owners were responsive, and it’s hard to beat the location. So many things to do relatively close by, and the stars at night are so clear. I can’t recommend this cabin enough!"

"Owners upgraded us to the Norwegian Woods Cabin for our Anniversary. Beautiful, peaceful place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, Perfect location to Pictured Rocks, all the waterfalls, Seney Wildlife refuge, Grand Marais. A trip that I will never forget!"

"Everything was as expected, location is great. A few flies, ants and mice but thats expected going into winter. A little hard to locate at first, damn gps and service. Owner got us where we needed to be. Great to talk too also. Had an awesome time!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay on Nevins Lake at the Nook. Very clean! everything we could need in the kitchen and the bathroom supplied. We were very comfortable, loved the lake, though too cold to get in in November in Michigan. We hope to come back in warmer times and make use of the kayaks! They thought of everything, and were very good to work with, communicate with. We recommend staying here for that much needed quiet break!"
