"Perhaps it's because this hotel itself is brand-spanking-new, or Drury's management just keeps its properties looking and running their best, but my stay at the chain's new North Charleston location couldn't have been better. I got the room location I requested, even though the hotel was teeming with family crowds in town for multiple high school graduation ceremonies the next day. Everyone seemed to be well served by the friendly, attentive staff. This is not my first experience at a Drury...
"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently.
Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around.
I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs.
The room is charming and comfortable and the grounds beautiful.
Middleton place is a short walk away and...

"Ótimo hotel.
O problema foi com a limpeza do quarto. Só arrumaram a cama , não trocaram as toalhas e não fizeram a reposicao dos sachês de café e açúcar.
Após reclamação , resolveram o problema de forma rápida e eficiente."

"We had a hard time following the gps directions to find the hotel, but oncewe did, we were THRILLED! Such anice surprise to find the evening welcome of wine cheese vegesand crackers being offered in the lobby🤗"
"Love this hotel . Have stayed several times . I will say that I was displeased with the fact that myself and grandkids could barely use the pool due to the Inn offering RESORT PASS . I don’t feel that paying full price for a weekend stay that I would have to share the pool with outsiders that are paying to use pool for $25 a day .. again I do love this inn and the nostalgic feel yet beautifully renovated with excellent customer service . I will stay here again in future . Just offering...
"Dontae was amazing at helping us. I needed a few things and without hesitation he jumped right in to assist. He also gave us food options which helped out a lot. Charleston is bigger than my city with double the traffic. The young man that checked us in was very nice as well. Great energy I don't know if it was Michael but he is very positive and a great face at the desk. I manage a resort in Myrtle Beach and I would hire both of them. Thanks for the impeccable service. "
"O hotel é ótimo, tudo muito limpo e com aspecto geral excelente, inclusive atendimento O café da manhã é básico, mas saboroso !! . A localização, porém, deixou a desejar. Muito distante da área turística de Charleston, num local com trânsito intenso, difícil de chegar. No geral a permanência foi muito boa !!! "
