"We booked this home to have family and friends celebrate our small and intimate wedding.(Be advised this is not a wedding venue). It worked perfectly for us. The home comfortably slept our 12 guests and was just as advertised, pictures and all. The kitchen was large and set up to provide for spacious entertaining. We were there in the winter, so we did not partake in the lake water opportunities, however, the boat house and dock was completely set up for it. Our host, Christie, was gracious and...

"Our family group of 10 has come several times in the winter. Beautiful house and location. The great room with huge fireplace and view of the Blue Ridge is perfect for hanging out in the winder, and the big and well-equipped kitchen is excellent for big family dinners.This time, a big winder storm presented some winter challenges, and the host did a great job of making things right. "What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. The weather was sunny and warm, it was what our family needed. Thank you and we will be back. "

"This was a perfect place to get away and completely power down. No internet, no cellphone, no TV. The property was cozy, clean, very well insulated and comfortable. We sent in the middle of winter. There was a really nice wood burning fireplace. The house overlooks a small pond. It was beautiful. It was less than a 2 hour drive from DC so very geographically desirable. Can't wait to go back."

"The area is nice, but the location sometimes makes it hard to enter the highway. They hotel was clean, but there are not alot of ammenities within the hotel. Dunkin doughnuts is in the parking lot as well as a restaurant, so that helped. It is close to everything with 30 minutes. Breakfast is the normal hotel stuff and wasnt bad."
