Minutes from Geneva State Park and amazing wineries. Just a three minute walk to the newest winery in the area! A lot of entertainment awaits you with cornhole, darts, Golden Tee, arcade machine with 400 games, Skeeball, and much more. After a full day enjoy the firepit at the lakeā€™s edge.
Completely remodeled interior with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed - 3 bedrooms have lake views. Added "extra" 5th bedroom on first floor has a day bed with trundle that sleeps 2 more on twin mattresses. Large dining room table for family or friends to gather or eat outside by the water. Private water front living is all yours.

Lake Erie Family Vacation

We could not be any happier with our stay in Madison this summer! This location far exceeded our expectations and created the perfect environment for us to make lasting memories with our family. We already plan on booking at this location yearly for as long as we can!

Great stay in Madison

This home was very comfortable for our family. The 4 bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us. We ebjoyed the games provided like horse shoes, skeeball, darts. Steve was great to work with and very responsive. We will be back next year.-Pete

it rained Friday, so we stayed in grandson loved the skeeball he's seven, sadly in a boys nature he threw the ball though a double plain window made me sick to start off with that, I knew they had guess coming Sunday! I called, immediately told I had bought the protection, they responed being very kind, an was albe to enjoy our time there

Great House and excellent location!

Beautiful views and nice size back yard. House and bedrooms were clean and cozy. Our stay was short and in the off season but the house was the perfect spot for grabbing dinner and getting a good nights sleep! The beds were comfy and each bedroom had its own tv. The half bath was on the first floor and the full bath was on the second. We didnā€™t know that until we got there but it worked out the best since there are 4 bedrooms upstairs.

Enjoyed the stay with family. The set up was great for all with the games( Golden Tee, Skeeball, darts, PacMan, etc.). My wife did not enjoy the ā€œmidgesā€ (flys) but the sound of the water made up for it! Would recommend to all!

Perfect location

We came up to go on a wine tour. This was the perfect location for it! And you're really close to the Vincent William winery which was lovely. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and the sheets were nice and soft. Steve was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had, like "where can we get some pizza?" :). Wonderful lake views and great backyard for games and hanging out. The Skee-ball machine got a lot of use. We loved it and had a great, relaxing time!

Lovely house in the lake.

We had a reunion of cousins in Kent for a special event then a few of us went to the lake for the long weekend. What a comfortable house and a gorgeous location! I donā€™t know when we will be back, but we certainly will.

First family vacation, first VRBO experience

This place well accommodated our family of 9 and a 10 month old baby... It was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Steve was great to deal with. The view was awesome and so was the neighborhood! We spent most of the entire time in the back yard watching the lake, jet skiing, kayaking and sitting by the fire, we had amazing weather!... Every single thing we needed was at this property. It was so close to the strip, good wine, beaches and margaritas.. all we needed to bring was food, our clothes and beach towels. Can't wait to stay again!!! Thank you!!!

A relaxing retreat

The backyard of this property feels very secluded; we enjoyed sitting out there and reading while listening to the water, watching the lake, playing horseshoes and cornhole - and watching the glorious sunsets. I still donā€™t know what a ā€œMetroparkā€ is, but there are several nearby as well as state parks where you can hike or saunter or enjoy the beach. The Arcola Estuary is a tiny gem. We took a day trip to Niagara Falls midweek which was perfect - not crowded there and of course stunning. The home was quite comfortable and the hosts easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO we've been to do far

We had our 4 teenagers and my mom (who is close to 70) with us for this trip and everyone agreed it was the most relaxing, enjoyable stay we've had as a group! All of the extras (Skee Ball, darts, corn hole, horseshoes, video games, kayaks) were perfect to keep everyone busy and happy at the house. There were great restaurants nearby (we really liked Brew streaks) and the new winery is gorgeous! Sleeping at night with the sliding doors open on a breezy night felt just like sleeping by the ocean!! We should have stayed a few days longer, but will keep that in mind when we plan our next visit! Perfect place for making memories! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

The listing had two different patios one at end of yard overlooking lake and one off bedroom,neither one could be used,listing showed a neat looking swing that not there,I had to sweep all furniture outside for cobwebs and spiders,and wifi wasn't great,owner was very nice,vrbos listing needs to be updated

Relaxing lake house

Enjoyed staying right on the lake with plenty of entertainment at the house. Beautiful lake view with amazing sunsets. Short drive to play at the beach. We had a great time and would definitely go back

Our stay on this property was above and beyond our expectations the house was very clean and tidy very comfortable felt like home away from home bedrooms upstairs which was very private if you needed to just get away for a little bit beautiful backyard on the lake I just can't say enough about it if you're going there with your family or a friend I highly recommend it you will not regret it it is beautiful thank you so much

Girls Get Away

House was very clean. Lakeview was spectacular. Only negative was there was no way to get down to the private beach from the property ! Owner was very nice and excess able. Walking distance to the winery and restaurants was great!!
