"Excellent communication with host, and the property was just as described. Being very close to the train station it's very easy to get to Brighton. A few minutes walk away is an excellent pub - The New Port Arms and a well reviewed cafe/restaurant The Port Kitchen. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset."

"The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. "My friend and I enjoyed a mini break in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Being so close to the centre of East Wittering was indeed a bonus. There are certainly loads of places to visit, for all age groups, in the vicinity. There are certainly no shortage of eateries close by. All the reviews in the Guest Book are very positive."

"Myself, 4 kids ages 9-23, 2 dogs! A fantastic few days away! The house is well equipped, clean and cozy! A very homely feel, love the layout and my 8 yr daughter loved the quirky little bunk bed in the small kids room!! That was a bonus :) plenty to do nearby, but loved just stepping out onto the beach, and sitting on balcony watching/listening to the sea 💕 we would def be back here next time we need a few days away!
