"It was a last minute trip and so happy I found this house. Beach was close and quiet for an early June visit and Billy restaurant was so close and great food. Will be visiting again. "

"The house was immaculate when we arrived, the kitchen is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee and tea in the enclosed front porch! Plenty of space for a family of 6 21 adults. The location can't be beat - within walking distance to everything. Communicating with Peter was smooth and easy. HIGHLY recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shamrock. We were 2 families (each with 2 adults and a child). Was nice to have separate living quarters to give each family their own private space and kitchen/shower facilities. Owners provided excellent contact and check-in and out were simple and easy. Property was as described with all the amenities we needed for a lovely weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub (it was 90 degrees outside) but played several games of hoops. "We haven't been to Maine in several years and were very happy to find such a wonderful place where we could bring our dog. Everything was top-notch and we couldn't have been happier. Loved the hot tub and enclosed doggie yards."

"This property exceeded my expectations and there is nothing I would change about this awesome property and how it is furnished. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 12 to 74 and we each enjoyed our stay. The outdoor porch and seating was a bonus and very relaxing."

"The Anchor was a great place to meet up with family for a long weekend. The kitchen was small but had everything needed. The gathering area was comfortable with a great view of the salt marsh. The beach and restaurants were a couple minutes walk away. We would stay there again if in the area. "

"This property was perfect for us! A short walk to the beach, quiet location, very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again."

"I am very pleased with this property it was as advertised, very clean, great spot very close to beach(minor walk but still very close) and the action in Hampton Beach community.Parking worked out fine for 3 full size vehicles and it’s very close drive to MOTORSPORTS PARK at Epping NH for NHRA Nationals. Extra perk from other places we stay was coffee and other amenities on site to hold you over upon arrival. The host was available by message anytime and overall a high quality experience.In...

"Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible."
