"The sunset views from this house are absolutely breath-taking! The house had plenty of space for family to gather as well as space to sit in a corner and read with an amazing view. The location feels quiet and serene, but it’s also 15 minutes from the conveniences of St Ignace and the shuttle to the island. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved staying at this cabin. It is a one of a kind cabin, thoughtfully restored to transport you back in time. It's unique. A very old propane stove and irefrigerator add to the charm. "It was exactly what me and my wife were looking for. We stayed here for our honeymoon and after all the wedding planning and chaos, this cabin was a perfect recharge station for us. I booked 2 nights, but I wish I would've booked it longer. It was peaceful and a nice change of pace for us. We are planning on making it a yearly tradition going forward."

"Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. "

"It was an enjoyable stay overall. Nice beach area with plenty of water activities during the day, then relax by the firepit at night. The cottage was nicely decorated and very comfortable. "It is a beautiful reminder of days gone by. Flowered wallpaper, old time furnishings,etc. The only downside is the size of the room we were in. Very small with slanted ceilings in the bathroom and next to the bed. I'm not tall, but I was constantly bumping my head. Final note... the breakfast scones were fantastic!"
