The location is VERY remote, which we frequently look for. A mid-point for exploring both Acadia/Bar Harbor and the Bold Coast - Quoddy Head, Lubec, Western Head Preserve and East Port."

"Our family was looking to unwind after a stressful year, if you are looking for peace this is the place! Seasalt cottage had everything you could ask for beautiful clean house. Caring Hosts! Any questions or if you needed anything Christina had the answers. Beds were comfortable, rooms a good size. Big kitchen and plenty of cooking was done on the beautiful stove. Views amazing, lots of deer around. "

"The property is 500% as listed; private, in the woods, steps down to ocean, spacious and comfortable. We are a family of 4, loved the puzzles, foosball, outdoor space and indoors had everything we needed. We had a fun power outage adventure due to high winds. Jenny responded immediately with where to find flashlights and a timeframe of when it would be back on. Highly recommend this property, we never wanted to leave the house!"

"We had a great time and this beautiful house was the perfect setting for touring the Maine coast from Acadia to Quoddy Head. The house is wonderfully Maine with lobster boats, eagles, and everything else that you expect. The house is also typical Maine with updates and all the beautiful accommodations that anyone could ask for. We loved our time there. "We had such a lovely time at this place. It’s right on the water with a beautiful back deck and fire pit that overlook the ocean. The house itself was perfect for our family gathering. "We needed a place to collapse and reset! This was perfect! Secluded and private with a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the lake. Not having to transport our own kayaks was a great plus; kayaks in good shape. "Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious and clean. Kitchen had some pantry essentials and everything needed to cook some nights. The grocery store is 3-5 minutes away. The drive toAcadia took us an hour and ten minutes to an hour and a half due to traffic getting on the island. It was nice to come back to the quiet house each evening. Would highly recommend."

"I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though"
