"the property was lovely the host was lovely the only thing it was a bit small for four adults "

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"What a little gem.... lovely stay, great location to high street and beach. We love the beach and the surrounding walks. Will definately return. Very clean, beautifully finished, little extras that make it extra special. Lesley was a joy to speak to with and very clear instructions. Met us at property and cjecked whilst staying everything was ok. Thank you. "

"Was great to have a last getaway before our second child arrived. It was easy for me to maneuver myself around the caravan, it was very clean and any questions were answered so quickly. The weather wasn't fantastic but it didn't stop us making many memories. My 8 year old was very happy with the stay too and enjoyed telling us what was in each cupboard and draw. Amazing value and an amazing area. The on site pub was great too and my son had his first ever game of pool there! Fantastic 🌟."

"Wonderful fireplace, old world cottage, quiet relaxing place, everything you could wish for. Sea near by, lots of nice walks. Lake very interesting to watch. Will visit again ."

"The place is lovely but we had to clean it all the way through first on double they put single sheet so had to buy them from shops and pillow cases clean awfull on place we cleaned it top to bottom before coming out lots of problems blind fall down and cut my disabled daughters foot etc the money we paid for it and all the problems was bad so what you going to about it etc please get back in tough"

"Good ootion stay close beach, plenty fiid ootions. Close to skegness. Early access to caravan. Wiuld atay again"

"Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "
