"Our stay was just what we hoped for!! Plenty of room for our large family. Loved the quiet secluded backyard. We lost power one night, Because of the weather. Owner checked in on us making sure we didn’t have any issues. Owner also was very accommodating letting us in a little early. We had everything we needed for a weeks long stay. Will be back."

"We came here for a few days during the solar eclipse. Melissa and scott, the care talkers, were very sweet and attentive. A car accident had actually knocked out power to the whole town just before we showed up, but the place has a generator so we still had everything! cabin is a10 minute walk from town which was really fun to explore! We saw a mama and baby deer in the back yard on day 1. The kids (9 &14) could not get enough of the Foosball table and the adults discover the ring & hook game on...

"Our stay at Jerry's cabin in NY for the solar eclipse was exceptional. Jerry was the perfect host, attentive yet respectful of our privacy. The cabin's proximity to numerous trails was a highlight, especially with the e-bikes available for rent. Post-adventure, the refreshing shower was a standout amenity, marking a detail we'd return for. Whether for celestial events or nature exploration, Jerry's cabin is a top-notch choice. "This place is awesome! I feel like the pictures don’t really do it justice. The kitchen is wide open to the family room with a great island and the dining room table sits 8-10 ppl. It’s so close to town, as well, BUT it doesn’t feel like it. The property manager, Jason, was so prompt with my questions, and was a true professional. I HIGHLY recommend this sweet house!"

"But we loved it. Thank you for the covered porch gave us a dry outdoor experience. I loved that a lot of thought went into building this gorgeous home. My husband loved the mud room. I promise we never made it muddy! Great place to come in and get out of your outdoor clothes. His other favorite was the outdoor fire pit! Great idea to supply dry bundled seasoned wood for fires! Gladly paid for the convenience of not paying the price at the store. We have stayed in the Adirondack area for years...

"We rented this for the extended President’s Day Weekend. The description was completely accurate and exceeded our expectations. This is a modern rental but gives you the comforts of home feel. Our family and the family that joined us couldn’t get over the comfort of the beds and the little details throughout the property. "We are skiers so are gone early in the morning and do not return until later in the evening. We eat outside except for breakfast in the morning. We bring our own sheets and towels. We removed the existing sheets on the beds and set aside for washing. All blankets are folded and left on beds for complete airing. We fold up rug so it doesn’t get dirty during our stay. "This is an very nice, economic, place to stay. It's not the most modern, and that was not what i was looking for. I was looking for a clean, comfortable room with air conditioning, comfy beds, wifi, big absorbent towels and friendly staff. There is plenty of parking and downtown Old Forge is about a mile away.
