Discover Foreverwater, our cottage by the creek, nestled on 17 wooded acres along side Barren Fork Creek minutes from Leipers Fork Village with direct access to the historic dirt path back roads of eastern Hickman County, Lyles TN. This writer's retreat was once home to guitar maker and author, R. O. Barton (The Tucker Novels).

Leverage this fully furnished home as your seasonal escape to the country, your home between homes, or as your rural office complete with high speed broadband internet. Two large bedrooms, each with their own large cedar closets and full baths, flow into an open plan common area with a large stone fireplace, spacious living room, and a modern eat-in country kitchen. Natural woods and stone abound within this berm house inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. This private setting offers easy access to I-840; is central to Franklin, Fairview, Dickson; and sits just 45 minutes west of Nashville.

My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary and wanted a quiet day away from "life". The house and property were perfect! We sat outside and read with the sound of the creek in the background. Everything about the house was ideal. From the cleanliness to the layout, it was ideal.

Beautiful property
It was absolutely beautiful. The photos do not completely capture the beautiful of the outdoors and the inside of the house. It was very clean and well kept, the shower is amazing, you will find peace and tranquility there.

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary with a night away at this cabin. It was so restful and peaceful. All the decor and touches invited you in to enjoy your time. The view and master bathroom were amazing. The bed was comfortable and we were able to slow down, enjoy the view, the fire pit and the stay. We definitely want to go back!

We pulled up to a cozy house on the creek. The view of the creek from the house is amazing with all the windows. The house had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The property was clean and everything we wanted it to be.

Incredible location
Such an awesome place to stay as a family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the abundance of space and the proximity to the river. The house was perfect, and the master bath is legendary. In addition, the communication from the property manager was impeccable and they were ready for us ahead of schedule which was a welcome surprise as we were traveling with tired children. This will definitely be our first choice if we are in the area again.

Great stay with amazing views!
My family and I were impressed as soon as we pulled up to the gate. This property is beautiful and well maintained. The creek flowing through the yard was fun to play in and the house was quite accommodating. We plan to make this our place to stay whenever we are in the area.

Much needed weekend away
We had a wonderful time. We drove from Chicago and received a message that we would have access 2 hours earlier than expected which worked out perfectly for us. We arrived to a very clean and nicely appointed cabin. We really enjoyed the fire pit which overlooks the creek. The bed was very comfortable. The master bath is AMAZING. Makes we want to kick one our kids out of the house and turn their room into a copy of this bathroom. Yes, it is that big! We loved the accommodations and will absolutely be recommending to friends.

Paradise Found
1)Having stayed all over the country with VRBO and AirB&B, i knew that sometimes the pictures can be deceiving and too good to be true. This is not one of those occasions. The place was perfect in every sense of the word. Deer down by the creek daily, which is so close, you can open the doors in the TWO master suites and leave the screen door closed and hear the water in your room as it cascades over the rocks. The host was very accommodating. The layout of the house is perfect for familys or as a retreat for two couples, as the main living area divides the two suites with their own bathrooms.

We so enjoyed our stay at Foreverwater! Wonderful location, tranquil and quiet, just what we were craving. The home was beautiful, inside and out, with fantastic amenities. It was very clean, fresh and we felt right at home. Nate was a great host; communicated well. We are looking forward to our next trip to Tennessee and will definitely stay here again.
