"We loved staying in this house. The setup worked well for me and my 3 sisters. Loved seeing the view of Mt Hood and the Columbia River! We also really enjoyed going to the close by farm that has zebras, giraffes, camels, and more. This house isn’t far from a bridge to cross over and go to The Dalles and also Hood River. Beautiful area to visit!"

"The house is intentionally designed to host groups of people, generously equipped with 4 bathrooms (3 showers) and has a great kitchen, 2 patios and a back yard for outdoor gathering. The views of the Gorge and Mt Hood are great. We had a few minor maintenance issues and didn't get a response from the host but overall we had a great stay and would stay again."

"The property was great and as pictured. Overall clean. Lots of firewood provided! Great views. However, there were conflicting instructions online vs the instructions in the house. I tried to message/text the host but never received a response. The garbage cans were supposed to be in the garage but were actually all the way down the end of the road (1/3 mile but uphill on the way back."

"This property was perfect for our party. We walked downtown for meals and the race. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of four but will accommodate more. The communication with host was great. Others have mentioned the temperature control issues. It must have been fixed because we had no issue. Doors and stairs were squeaky. "

"My daughter attended an outdoor camp with a local gym. I needed a place where we could relax in the evening and I could work remotely during the day. The general location was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. It took us about a day to get used to the train traffic. Our Ford Explorer fits in the garage, but exiting the garage took a little effort (I felt like Austin Powers) but it was doable and a safe parking spot far outweighed any challenges. "Stunning Views and beautiful home. Even though the weather was less than desirable, we had a great time. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the heaters so we could try and enjoy some of the outdoors. Highly recommend! "

"12 family members stayed here for a wedding near Hood River. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate our group. House s a little outdated, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the ping pong & pool table in the garage. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub or the beautiful back yard, which would make for an incredible game of Bocce. View is absolutely stunning!"
