"This is the second year we have stayed at Stoneridge and we plan to return! It is exactly like I would want for a cabin. The interior is as nice as the exterior. "

"This is a beautiful , secluded cabin in the woods. We felt like we were alone in the forest- no neighbors in sight till you walk down to the road. The front porch is unique- mountain theme and the supports are real trees. The backyard has a nice fire ring and nothing but trees in sight. "The cabin was very clean and the owner provided the little things that made the stay easy. "

"We had the best time at River Run! The home was gorgeous and in an ideal location. The owner was very responsive and quick to communicate. I would suggest updating the pots and pans that previous guests have ruined with metal utensils, and some WD40 on the patio doors, but there is nothing that would discourage me from returning! Thank you for a weekend of beautiful memories!"

The Cabin is far enough out to feel privacy, but close enough to get to Ft Payne in a short time. "Exactly what we were looking for: a laid-back, quiet location for restorative downtime. Love the house. Just what a lake house should be -- cozy, clean, and most of all rustic and not fussy. Love the vintage furniture, decor, and very clean. Only constructive criticism is the large bed could be more comfy, but then I'm pretty persnickety about beds. Best thing about the place was the much-needed utter quiet this time of year. Also so much fun to drive around the surrounding mountains. We even...
