This spacious and stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The open-concept living area features modern furnishings, large windows that flood the space with natural light. EV charger available. The garage has an EV charger (240V 30-45 Amps). Specifically, a NEMA 14-50 outlet, as well as the standard J1772 car charger cable.

House Rules:


- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.


- Pets are allowed with an associated fee.


- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Kindly help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise levels to a minimum.


- Lock the main front door, back yard door, garage door, and windows when you leave the property.


- Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed without prior written approval. Please respect the property and neighbors.


- Please do not take/remove any items that are already existing on the property


- For stays lasting more than three days, we kindly request that guests take on the responsibility of maintaining the cleanliness of the property.





Please note:


- Window blinds: to adjust the angle of the blinds, pull out the adjusting rod a little towards you to ensure smooth rotation without cracking


- To lock the front door when leaving the property, press the Kwikset button at the top to lock.


- You may park one car inside the garage, two cars in the driveway, and any available street parking. If absolutely necessary, you may carefully park on the grass located east of the driveway.


- In case of emergencies, please call 911. In non-emergency situations or questions, please call or text the host.
