"Perfect place to stay .. Our family loved the location and the cottage was spacious with rooms for all of us . Plus bathrooms and a shower room . We had a excellent family hoilday The beds and bathrooms were lovely The kitchen was fitted with what you needed Just lots of cobwebs and live stock that was a minus"

"I stayed here for a few days with my dog, the accommodation is small but i think the pictures reflect this so i knew this beforehand. The location is great, 10 minutes drive from Hartland Quay and approx 30 minutes to appledore/westward ho. After being out all day the hot tub was a nice place to relax!"

"We had a wonderful family holiday here. We were a group of 8, three generations from 82 to 5 years old. We have stayed regularly in north Devon for our family holiday and this has been the best property we have stayed at. It is spacious and well maintained. We particularly liked the large dining area for games as well as eating. The kitchens are exceptionally well equipped. We come primarily for the beach and it is close to the beach. The facilities in and around the garage made it easy to rinse...

"Loved the property and the surroundings the weather was typical English but plenty of walking through the woods so stayed dry even when it rained. People had mentioned damp smell it was hardly noticeable one thing to be aware of is the drive it’s steep off of the road so if you have a low fronted vehicle it catches."

"10/10 we had a wonderful stay, the house was beautifully warm, decorated for Christmas with some lovely touches including the beer, wine and milk. I have no hesitation in recommending this gorgeous house."
