"The most idyllic cottage stay, exactly what I was looking for. Ideal location for quiet walks with my dogs in every direction from the cottage, didn't need to take the car out once! Liz was absolutely amazing, gave me some suggestions for local walks and communicated the check in process and cottage location. We will definitely be back. "

"What can we say ? An absolute find of a place ! Amazing weekend away with friends and this beautiful house absolutely made it. "Holmlea cottage is the perfect Base to visit the Edinburgh area and the highland region arround perth. The cottage was very clean and we loved the antiques inside. Freuchie is a perfect Base to visit the region, to visit Edinburgh by train also, next rail station is very close. Hosts are so kind and communication was easy and quick, we can write only best and positive feed back. Thanks for that great vacation time."

"I would recommend this property over and over again! Absolutely stunning inside and out, location is very convenient for heading into town for some food/drinks but it’s equally such a lovely place that leaving it to head out was a nice dilemma to have!
