"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat."

"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. "Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à 4. Le logement est bien situé proche des transports en commun et supermarchés. Le logement n'est pas très bien insonorisé et quelques travaux sont à prévoir. Le logement reste spacieux, fonctionnel et la literie est vraiment top. Nous avons également eu de très bons échanges avec la propriétaire. "

"Logement sympathique pour passer de bonne vacances sur Londres entre amis.Bonne situation géographique ( zone 2/3 métro) ,supermarché, arrêt de bus situé à proximité.Quelques travaux de rénovation serait nécessaire ( surtout la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, humidité dans le logement), télévision et internet qui ne fonctionne pas, attention, mais pour le prix cela reste raisonnable.Nous reviendrons dans le logement si l’occasion le permet.
