This house was so cute! Great outdoor area in back! Everything we needed inside! It was my two sisters, one going through radiation, and myself. Close to medical areas. The Tech Terrace area it is located in is so walkable- so many families and others walking and biking all the time!! Would definitely stay here again!! Also, extremely pet friendly!!!

Great property

@We loved the home. Its got a great kitchen if you cook. The only thing the kitchen didn't have was real coffee pot. There is a Keurig which worked great but if you have heavy coffee drinker and pot would be better. You wouldn't wrong renting the place, we would do it again.

Corner Cottage - Excellent Stay

We were so VERY pleased with our overall experience during our stay at the Corner Cottage. First of all - The House - no negatives at all- super comfortable living areas- well outfitted - coffee extras, spices, kitchen utensils etc.- even the laundry room had extra pods so we could handle a load (I was headed to a work meeting the following week in Dallas so this was a nice to have extra).- Janice, the realtor/property manager was very attentive and welcoming. I really enjoyed coordinating with her. We hope to be back again this year and will target another stay at this cottage (btw don't let the term "cottage" make you think this property is small. It is very spacious. We could've added another couple easily.)See ya'll soon! Wreck 'em!

Quick Retreat

Great place to stay for a quick weekend in Lubbock. Tech Terrace was great in the 1990ā€™s and seems to still be good today. We will be back!

Perfect space and location!

The house was perfect for our stay. Great stocked kitchen, cute, and comfortable. We loved the space and it was close to campus. Lovely neighborhood near a park with lots of families and college students walking. We will definitely stay here again.

Visited for a Sports Tournament

We stayed four nights and completely enjoyed this home. It is clean, well appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. Itā€™s within walking distance to the university, parks, a coffee shop and pizza place. Communication with Jared, the owner, was easy. He is very friendly. We will stay here again should our travels bring us back to Lubbock.

Graduation day at Texas Tech

A sweet property and location to share with family for a special graduation weekend. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and providing shampoo and conditioner in the showers was a nice touch. Overall, very pleased.

This was a great house with a great location close to Tech. Only a few blocks away from great walking parks, great coffee house, and close to Texas Tech campus. Would stay here again for sure.

Christmas vacation

Excellent home. Clean and well keep. We will stay in the future. Only issue we had with the house was the shower in the master bedroom. Followed the instructions posted on the wall but could not get the shower to work by following the instruction. We ended up adjusting both controls until we got water and at comfortable temperature. Not a big deal and we will stay there in the future. Great place.

2nd Stay Still 5 Star

Love the location of this house in Tech Terrace. Close to the campus, parks, grocery store, great coffee and pastries too. This was a perfect house for our family to stay during graduation weekend. There is plenty of space and it's very comfortable. Communication with property management is easy and response time is quick. We have never had issues because the property is clean and has all the comforts of home.
