Nice guest house!

House was very clean and updated. Short drive to the college. No Ice maker. There was a bag of ice in the freezer but may have been from previous guest.

Perfect Place & Perfect Location

Very nice attached apartment. Even though it's attached to the house, it doesn't feel like it. It still feels private. The hosts did a great job decorating and furnishing the place. They made great use of the space. Plenty of perks like coffee, water and snacks! We loved it!

Perfect Retreat

We had a great stay in this newly renovated place. It's in a great location near campus and is perfect for couples. Staying on property with the owners, yet having complete privacy made us feel like we were welcome in the neighborhood and not tourists. A few extras like a huge coffee selection for the Keurig, toiletries, ice and a jar of snacks really added to the homie feeling and made this a perfect retreat for the weekend.

LOVED IT!

Absolutely loved this quaint place! So close to all the things, including Tech. The bed was so comfortable, in fact I actually looked under the sheets to take note of the make of the mattress as needed for my future bed šŸ˜¬. The house was super clean and had all the amenities you could imagine. Will definitely go back there when visiting our son during his college stay.

This is the cutest place. Kimberly made sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend. So much nicer than a hotel, its private and quite. Perfect parking. If you are here to visit Texas Tech or for any other reason to be in Lubbock, stay here!

2nd time to rent just as good as the first!

Stayed at this little place before and was so good we came back! Some things we noticed this stay that didnt mention last time were: soft water (not like your normal Lubbock water!), Lighted vanity was perfect for getting ready. Super nice Keurig even had iced tea options. Neighborhood was very safe and nice. Felt very secure the whole time. Nice quiet street even allowed sleeping in a little one morning.

Last Time in Lubbock?

We went up for my son's graduation. Finding a place to stay was a challenge. The guest house we stayed in was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed and were looking for. The owners were very friendly and clearly communicated all of the information we needed for the stay. It was one of the best parts of our visit.

Texas Tech Move In

We rolled in on a hot Friday afternoon with the truck and car loaded for Texas Tech move in the next day. We were greeted by the owners and asked if we needed anything. It is such a cute little cottage on the back of their beautiful home. It was just a quick drive to campus for move in. The cottage was super clean, decorated perfectly and we loved it. We will be back for sure!

Great one bedroom in the safe and quiet rush neighborhood. So convenient to LCU AND Tech. Great for a quick stay with all the comforts of home. Host was thoughtful and responsive. We will stay there again!

Highly recommend

We came to Lubbock to visit family and grandkids. Highly recommend and will stay again. Very accommodating and cozy. It is in a very nice location and area. We liked how close it is to the main shopping stores and restaurants.

Perfect little place

This place was set up perfectly for us. We were looking for a better option that just another Hotel and found it here! Came into town for a Texas Tech Football game and spending some time with our kid. This was close to campus, very close to so many great places to eat and one of the cleanest places I've stayed in a while! The little touches like snacks and drinks and even a small Christmas tree just made us feel very cared for. Looking forward to another trip and hope this place is available again!!

Tech Homecoming Trip

My wife and I visited our two kids at Tech for homecoming weekend and had a great stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations are first classā€¦definitely beats a hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place and perfect location

This was the PERFECT place. It was immaculately clean and super CUTE. All the amenities provided. The location was perfect - not too far from any of the places I had to be. I felt safe staying there. The owners were quick to respond to text messages and were super helpful. Cute park nearby to take a morning walk.

Perfect!

We were in town for TTU graduation. It seemed the perfect location as literally everything was 5 to 10 minutes away. Very clean, comfy. The property owners are on site but the unit is situated for privacy. Pecans from on-site trees were a bonus. Highly recommend.
