"Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"All was great, only hitch was the television instructions did not work & we had to figure it out for ourselves & football we wanted to watch we had to subscribe to view. Unfortunate, so off to the sports bar we needed to go after paying plenty for a nice big condo. "

"We enjoyed the well appointed rooms, outdoor deck & the unexpected outdoor loft looking out to the ocean. We also appreciated the additional amenities of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. which are not always provided at rentals. The covered parking, elevator & pool were nice features."

"Efficiency unit. Small, clean and homey. Hosts are very responsive. There was a binder with recommendations for things to do and restaurants which was very helpful and appreciated. The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again. "

"We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, modern, sparkling clean, roomy Vrbo site. The property was even better than pictures and the pool was a perfect way to unwind and relax. We saw manatee, pelicans, and loads of fish. We fished from the Canal itself and had a great time. The Cabana Club had a great beach, pool, restaurant and amenities. Questions were answered within an hour and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall the perfect little getaway in Key Colony."
