20 Miles to Razorback Stadium; Close in Beaver Lake WATERFRONT

It's the best of both worlds: Gorgeous view, privacy, and easy slope to water on beautiful Beaver lake, but close in to everything you need: less than 20 miles to Razorback Stadium, Crystal Bridges Museum and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. The home is a 3/2 plus: 2 bedrooms 1 bath on main level, plus Master up with stunning views. Walk-out basement has pool table, laundry facilities, plus a bunk room that sleeps up to 4. Master and Bedroom 1 have King beds with new firm mattresses and Bedroom 2 has a queen. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. We added a HUGE composite deck, Completed last June. In the yard is a wonderful cozy fire pit for s'mores and guitars by the firelight (You supply the music!) and horseshoes. The home has fiber wifi, and a 55" TV. We provide 2 kayaks, 2 adult and 2 kids paddle boards for the adventurous. Super EASY access to Hickory Creek Marina LESS than ONE mile away to drop your own boat in the water. Comfortable, casual relaxation for the whole family and a couple of friends!

Awesome Lakehouse!
From the time we arrived until the time we said goodbye it was a great stay! I hosted my sisters bachelorette weekend here and it was so accommodating! Plenty of space and tons of well thought out extras that were already there for us to use! We absolutely loved the private dock, it was plenty of room for us to tie up the lily pad and have a very relaxing and fun girls day! I would most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Lake House
My family of 8 (parents and six kids ages 9-21) loved our stay at Sunset Cove. The house was comfortable for us all. The kitchen and grills allowed us to eat nearly all of our meals at the house. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, and just hanging out and jumping off the dock. This part of the lake is quiet compared to other areas we visited. I would definitely recommend Sunset Cove.

Awesome get away!
Great, clean, fun place to stay with family! We will defiantly return in the near future!! The kids had a blast kayaking, fishing, relaxing in the hot tub and playing pool. Due to nightly rain showers we weren’t able to use the fire pit. The host is quick to respond for any questions or concerns.

We came to visit UofA for my son and decided to stay at a VRBO. Sunrise Cove was beautiful inside and out. It was able to sleep our family of 5 comfortably. The boys loved fishing off the dock and taking the kayaks out. After a long day, it was nice to sit in the spa and watch the sunset and listen to the wind. We really had a great time and will definitely come back.

Amazing
We had an amazing vacation at this house. Everything was as advertised. I would recommend. The owner was very quick to respond to a question. The walk to the lake and dock is very steep. We had one family member that couldn't make the walk but other than that was a awesome place to stay.

Great stay
Place had everything we needed - plenty of life jackets and water toys, and kitchen was stocked with essentials. We had a mix of people, from a 2 year old to a 70 year old, and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. We really liked the hot tub, and the host was great! I contacted Joan about trying to find a boat to rent for the day, and she put a message out on Nextdoor (neighborhood app) which was really nice! It was a little challenging for our 70 year old guest to go up and down the hill from the house to the dock so if anyone is elderly, this might not be your best option. The part of the lake where the property was located was very quiet and serene. Very little boat traffic and we had a blast swimming around the dock!! Great stay, great host. Thank you!

Loved this house!
Perfect place for my family of 5 and my brother in laws family of 5 to stay! My kids made the best memories swimming by the dock, paddle boarding, playing pool, and hanging on the deck! We will definitely be back to Sunrise Cove !!

Enjoy the NW Arkansas
With a bit of maintenance, this place would be a dream!! We were fortunate to have our handy, strong fellas or we would have not been able to enjoy the amenities much (takes some BIG muscles to get water toys and coolers to dock, hubby spent over an hour cleaning and putting foil on the grill). We loved it was centrally located to lots of places we went!! Beaver Lake was beautiful!!!

Family Vacation
The property was in good shape and very clean. We found the house easily with google maps. The pictures on the listing are extremely accurate. The place is nicely located so you have elbow room and quiet location, but still a close enough to access restaurants, gas stations, groceries, and marinas. The fire pit is nice, a fire place inside which we didn't use (needed the air conditioner). Lights, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms all were very clean and in great condition. Coffee makers worked well with some K-cups provided. The sunrise views were fantastic! The lake is very accessible and dock in good condition. It is a short but steep walk from the dock back to the house which was fine for our family, but might not recommend to someone with bad knees or walking issues. The hot tub had brown floating foam in it so we didn't use. I did contact the owners through the vrbo message board and did not get a response. We could find the kayaks, did find the 2 paddle boards. There were two kayak like boards, but didn't have seats. If the hot tub was usable, and they had actual kayaks, my rating would go from a 4 to a 5. Overall it is a very nice property, in great shape, and great location with some awesome views. Thanks

Nice getaway!
My family stayed here for a couple nights and had a great time. The house set on the lake is in a beautiful area. Wish it was hotter when we went to be able to use the kayaks and play in the lake. The hot tub was fun to sit in at night. The house was perfect for my family of 6. Everyone had their own area!

Lake access is fantastic. Sloping hill down to dock/beach area that is super close and easier for little kids. Good space for families with second area downstairs kids can hang out in. Deck furniture is pretty worn/not comfortable, ran out of propane on gas grill, hot tub dirty and filter needed changed, refrigerator water filter needs changed. Easy access to Bentonville, not super winding roads to get there so good for kids that get carsick. Overall, good property.

Perfect end of summer getaway!

Great Lake vacation
Tremendously enjoyed our vacation at Beaver Lake. The house was very nice & had everything you would want for a vacation at the lake. The dock was great for swimming, fishing or just chilling on the boat. Describtion of narrow drive & steep walk to the lake was accurately presented, I’m 73 & made the walk a couple times a day without a problem. Thinking about going back next year. Loved it…

Great Location
Great house with direct access to the water and nearby ramp for boating. Without a boat, it's still a nice quite cove to enjoy the lake and swim off the dock. House is in great condition. Owners were very responsive.
