"Eric was a fantastic host - very responsive and easy to work with. The home was just as advertised with no surprises. We were in town for a family reunion, so the location worked well; it was a short 10-20 minute drive to all our activities. We had 6 adults + 3 kids under four years old, so the sunroom was our morning hang-out. It was also great to have multiple living spaces with the finished lower level. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that the walls are not well insulated...

"My family stayed here for while we were in Iowa for a baseball tournament. It was perfectly located approximately 2 miles from TBK Bank Sports Complex and Rhythm City Casino. Great food options and shopping within 5-10 minutes. The rental was clean and welcoming. The beds and linens were comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We will definitely stay here again for tournaments!"

"Four sisters had a WONDERFUL getaway for our annual retreat. This was definitely one of our favorite places we’ve EVER stayed and we’ll likely come back! The home was comfortable, clean and decorated so cute! We spent 90% of our time on the deck, watching the river, sunsets, barges and boats, including the Viking cruise ship! The kitchen was roomy enough for four women to maneuver in at the same time! Beds and sofa were very comfortable! "
