Beautiful, completely remodeled private 3-bedroom house in perfect location. Whether here on business or traveling with your family, whether you plan on staying long or short term, this home really has it all. Peacefully decorated and Colorado themed artwork throughout, adding to the ambience of being here at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Close to downtown Loveland, minutes from I-25. Brand new Central Air conditioning.
Denver, Fort Collins, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are all within easy reach.

This centrally located home has been completely remodeled inside with modern finishes, new appliances and plenty of room for a family to enjoy at-home amenities! Enjoy the outdoor patio and BBQ grill and fully stocked kitchen for cooking and dining at home. The eat-in kitchen comfortably seats 6 people. When it's cold outside, snuggle up by the gas fire and enjoy books, movies or games provided for your entertainment. Turn on that smart TV and stream your favorite shows or use the soundbar to play music from your device via Bluetooth.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom, which also features a mini vintage video game console including Centipede! The bathroom has dual sinks, a full-size bathtub and shower combination.
Washer and dryer available for your convenience.
Be sure to enjoy some morning Colorado sunshine on the bench out front!
You'll also find plenty to do around town... The Sweetheart City!

Wonderful Stay!
We loved our stay so much! The house was squeaky clean and so adorable! The location made it easy to get to everything as well. When we enjoyed the hot tub, we were visited by two bunny rabbits in the backyard. It was so peaceful to relax and watch them while listening to the other nature sounds. We had a wonderful stay. The owners were amazing with communication and the house was perfect for our family. We loved the yard and everything was provided. This is the only VRBO we stayed at where checkout was not a list of things needed to do. It was amazing all around and we would absolutely stay there again when we visit family in Loveland.

Perfect for us!
The unit is spotless and very well-stocked. We were able to just walk in and feel at home right away. A quick trip to the grocery store for staples, but they had some things that not everyone has on hand, like a first-aid kit and plenty of coffee. Walking distance to restaurants and a playground, as well. Highly recommended!

This place is spotless and has everything you need. I appreciated that the hosts provided toiletries, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Communication was great and we had no issues. The house is close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked well maintained! And unlike some places, the hosts didn’t leave a list of chores for check out. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Place for Our Vacation
We stayed a week in Loveland as we have family friends nearby and we love to visit Rocky Mountain National Park/Estes Park and Colorado Springs. We drove in and decided to stay at this wonderful home vs. a hotel for the week and we are so so so thankful we made this choice. This home did not once disappoint. It was perfect for us to come home after our days of adventure and relax, have accessibility of a full sized kitchen, play games in the living room and enjoy the wonderful backyard. Everyone had their own room to enjoy if they wanted a nap while others could be in the living room watching a movie. (it was myself, husband, son and my mother who went) the hot tub was icing on the cake to end the day. We loved that we also we so close to shopping centers, food, Lake Loveland, the sculpture garden and the neighborhood had nice walking/running routes. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought in the details and amenities and hands down this place made our vacation that much more perfect. Thanks for all you do and we will be back!

Our family of 4 stayed here for almost a week. It was a great location to see quite a bit of CO! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to many Loveland activities. Clean, updated ranch home. Very comfortable beds & relaxing space. The kids (ages 3-9) were entertained with the toys, books, Uno cards, DVDs, and arcade game. The option to do laundry was so helpful, which we needed. Single car garage was a nice perk to avoid brushing snow. Kitchen was great to eat breakfast before heading out to see the Loveland sites & visit nearby family. The only improvement would be for the hot water to last through 2 showers, and a taller shower head for those above 5'5". Great stay overall!

Clean, Quiet and Cozy
We needed a quiet place to recharge and rest during a long tournament for our volleyball player. This place was perfect, we were able to rest and recover, make a quick breakfast and coffee before being at the gym by 6:30 am. Everyone was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It also was close to everything that we needed including the tournament venue. We would book it again if staying in the loveland/ft collins area. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our time at this property. The owners put a lot of thought into every detail of this home. The location was great for accessing Estes Park or CSU. The neighborhood was quiet. A coffee shop was just a block away.
