"Great location could walk to the main town. Very nice staff especially at the restaurant. Food was excellent at the restaurant. Only negative there was a bad smell outside our room walking towards the beach and the next door resort ver loud on Friday & Saturday night. I woolly recommend to friends & family"

"After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views! The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes...

"The villa in Chalkoutsi is a great place to stay. Dorota and George were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed, the kitchen and outdoor area were fully equipped for relaxing and entertaining. The house is a walking distance from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Perfekter Aufenthalt: Empfangen vom deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, Unterkunft besser als beschrieben (Überdachung über dem Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse inzwischen vorhanden). Vermieter gab uns Tipps zum Essen gehen, einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel nach unseren Bedürfnissen erfolgte perfekt. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, reagierte auf alle Sonderwünsche sofort. Kurzum: Perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert."

"The house is fully equipped, spacious. Two floors, two balconies with beautiful view on sea, air conditioned, clean. Easy parking on property. Very large garden with ample seating outside in shade. A 10min walk from a beautiful pebble beach that is usually quite empty. Not many tourists, mainly local people. We really enjoyed it."

The rooms are comfortable,with leisure beds, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is great to spend time all together.The garden is a real strength, well maintained and wonderful and there you can find a spacious pool where you can swim in the hottest times. "This is a beautifully restored traditional house in a stunning mountain village, very close to all the climbing areas in "Manikia". Extremely well equipped, with all basic supplies, and lovely gifts of olive oil, wine, eggs, and homemade cake on arrival. "Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon der Empfang, um Mitternacht!, war sehr herzlich. Sogar für die 1. Verpflegung (Obst, Gemüse, Milch, …) war gesorgt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, auch Gewürze, Nudeln… sind da. Ansonsten ist alles so, wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Zeit in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. "

"Alexandros was a very good host. Hé answered all our questions and more than that. He told us things to do in the neighbourhood and even arranged the PCR tests for the way back. But the house is too far away from the village , restaurants supermarket , so you need a car. The road to the house is very bad because of the flushes in 2020. Also there where many muskitos. When you go for rest its a very nice place"

"Myself and my three children stayed eight nights at Alonia Cottage in the lovely village of Vrisi during the last week of July 24. We couldn't have asked for better. The cottage was immaculate and fully equipped with A/C, Wifi and everything you could possibly require during your stay.
