The villa is the perfect base for visiting all the palaces, beaches and a Lisbon day trip if you wanted. Hire car is essential however uber is very easy and affordable if you want to eat out and drink alcohol. We are a family of four with children of 10 and 7. Maria is a wonderful host and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. "
