Whether you are a business, leisure, or group traveler, this CozySuites will be perfect given we are right downstairs to 4th Street Live!, KFC Yum! Center, Louisville Slugger! Inside each condo you will have the comforts of home you crave. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then you may want to look elsewhere. But if you are looking for an authentic Louisville hospitality experience in a historic building, this is for you!

The Space:
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also laundry in the building for a fee, we provide detergent in your unit.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

This property listing does not accurately depict what you actually get when you get there. Upon arriving property is in need of major repair on outside. When entering lobby had awful smell. Once we entered unit to look it over it was not what was in the pictures. Closet door was off and leaned up against bedroom wall. 2 Broken chairs, fridge was dirty and had hair in it. Sheetrock repair had not been finished or painted. Brown rust substance was running down wall in one bathroom wall. Blinds look like they had melted and were falling down and crumpled. Hallway to unit had comforters laying it it like someone had been sleeping there, elevators were dirty and the parking was public and a block over behind a building. TONS of people roaming and sleeping in the streets and around the building. We did NOT feel safe to stay here. Contacted owner and they offered to send us $50 for our troubles. Still trying to negotiate to get our money back. Do NOT book at this building. We did NOT stay here and had to book another place to stay which was NOT in our budget . Hoping the owners do the right thing and refund out money. If they do I'll gladly report that on a review. Until then to be contiuned.......
