"We had a great stay in this beautiful cottage! It has everything you could possibly need. Very clean, cozy and comfortable, all in a peaceful country setting, but yet conveniently located a couple minutes from Gordonsville, and not far from Charlottesville. Love the fact that it’s pet friendly, would definitely like to stay here again and bring our dogs!"

"This tiny house was great for some alone time with your partner. The only downsides were, there was a coffee pot you could make coffee on the stove, but no coffee maker. Your are set out in the country some, so some insects are to be expected, but they mostly stayed on the first floor, there was a decent amount of ants in the kitchen (windows were rustic, so they were coming in there) we just kept any food in the fridge. "Our family of 5 (two adults and three kids ages 7, 7 and 3.5) really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Eagle's Nest Cottage on Lake Anna. This was our first time visiting Lake Anna. I specifically chose this rental for the amazing view, the ability to swim on the property, the kayaks and paddle boat, the queen sized bunk beds and the fact it was fully renovated. "We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views from the spacious deck. Kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub. S’mores by the firepit was fun for all. Location to restaurant, arcade, boat rental, ice cream shop, and mini golf was a plus. The kids enjoyed the water. The host was very quick to respond to our needs. Our family reunion was a huge success."

"Was a little bumpy getting into the rental but wires got crossed so no one’s fault. The owner was very nice and a big help getting me in! The back yard is huge and the short hiking trail was great. My dog also became friends with a frog that showed up in the front yard everyday. Ha "
