"This is a beautiful location. The only negative was at night you could hear the interstate, but it was not enough to keep us awake. The inside of the property is wonderful, immaculately clean, very well stocked and equipped. It feels very isolated, but is in fact, very convenient to western Knoxville and Farragut. Can't wait to return!"

"Two Big Issues. The driveway is in need of repair and is difficult to navigate because of a large pothole in the middle of a steep incline. Especially for the elderly. Also there were a good many ants that were in the house. I saw where they had been treated so most were dead but we had to vacuum all of them up for 30 min or so. It wouldn’t have been that bad but they were in the bed too. The house was nice overall but just needs a little TLC. We did reach out to the host about the ants but...

"Great house for a friend's weekend. Was clean and description online was accurate. The TV setup was a bit complicated and difficult to get going but we eventually figured it out to watch the UT game. The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental which has pluses and minuses. Host was very friendly and responsive."

"Cabin was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Stairs down to the lake were very challenging and steep. Had some power flickers, guessing this is because of utilities work in the area, vut wasn't sure. Power never stayed completely off, was onlh off for a couple seconds each time. Driveway is very steep and loose gravel doesn't help. Better marking at the driveway would be nice to locate the property, pretty much guessed it was it by the looks. "Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. "
