Rustic Elegance in Los Olivos

Just two hours north of Los Angeles, 30 mins. from Santa Barbara, located in the township of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez Valley, you will find the perfect place to RELAX, REFLECT and RECHARGE. The house is tucked away on a small hill surrounded by mature eucalyptus, pine and pepper trees, just two blocks from the center of town where you can stroll to the Corner Cafe for a morning latte.

Walk to several (51 at last count) first class wine tasting rooms, lunch at the Los Olivos Cafe, a location seen in the film, 'Sideways'. Leisurely explore art galleries and antique stores. Take a drive through the Santa Ynez Valley and discover over 117 wineries offering some of the finest wines produced in California.

In the evening, you will find first class dining choices at Nella at the Fess Parker Inn, Bar Le Cote and Los Olivos Cafe to be among the finest in the valley. There is a guest notebook with menus from restaurants close by (5 mi) ranging from Michelin Star dining at First & Oak to classy sandwiches from Paninos.

This remodeled three bedroom, two bath home can comfortably accommodate 4-6 adults. New king and queen beds are located upstairs. Two twin beds are located in the downstairs bedroom.

There is also an additional sleeping area in the loft. There is flat parking to accommodate up to four cars. The living room has a slate surround, remote controlled fireplace (off May-Sept), flat panel HD Television in LR and Master, DVD/CD player, WIFI and fast internet.

Through the french doors, right off the newly remodeled kitchen, there is a large redwood deck. 30 year old grape vines, espaliered on the fence and arbor surround the lawn and backyard. Roll out the Santa Maria Bar-Be-Que and try your hand at grilling your own Santa Maria tri-tip. Read or just relax in the backyard hammock.

Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the slate balcony off the master or under the twinkling arbor lights in the bakyard.
