"If you want to have the worst vacation of your life, this place is for you! I stayed 3 days in the colonial house (the best one in the hotel) and there was no water in any of the 3 days! I complained a lot and they always told me "it will come back in 5 minutes" and it never came back. I asked to be sent to another room, but that didn't happen. After complaining a lot, they moved me to a room and guess what? The room was flooded, obviously I refused the transfer, the room was impossible to...
"The propert is very close to the beach, was very clean (one of the few dominican ones where the taps didn't have limescale), great air con, very nice garden and pool. The kitchen has all the utensils you will ever need. A minor downside is that the blinds don't close so you have no privacy when you are in kitchen/living area.
P. S: when I was there, the season was low so the property's bar did not have ingredients for cocktails or did they serve food. "
"Hidden gem!!! This small hotel is truly unique, brand new, amazing beach right across the street. The hotel staff is very polite and hospitable. Property has a unique industrial/rustic eco friendly decor y vibe. Overall I love staying there and will definitely stay again."
"This ecolodge literally puts you in the center of nature in the rainforest. Plus, the staff is super friendly and knowledgable. The owners are two of the nicest people that you will ever meet. The onsite restaurant is a plus! If you want to eat like the locals, this is your place. This is not your usual hotel. It's located in the hills and it has a rugged charm. Nevertheless, we fully enjoyed the experience and recommend this ecolodge!"

In the end I had to stay in the colonial house for 3 days without water, with dirty dishes, the plugs didn't work well either. In short, a horrible experience.
