"Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. "

"Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. "

"Great location. Cozy little place with a beautiful backyard. Loved having a hot tub to relax in. Already reserved it for our next trip. "

"Emkay was a great host. Accommodated an early check-in which was great for us. Was there with anything that we needed. Such a great piece of property in Santa Cruz mountains would definitely recommend."

"This property is located in the beautiful hills above Santa Cruz. The setting on a creek is gorgeous. The cabins are small but clean and have an outside seating area. The host, Emkay, is awesome!"

"The location is awesome - about 100 yards from the beach on a quiet, home-lined street. The layout of the house is a little funky; it seems like two homes were combined into one, but it works great for big groups. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, with two kitchens and living/dining rooms on the second floor. The game room is accessible from the back of the house, but we didn't use it at all."

"A estadia foi maravilhosa, quarto bem confortável e ótima localização, no entanto, no check-out os atendentes não queriam devolver meu depósito, falaram que somente era possível durante o dia. Meu check-out ocorreu de madrugada, tinha horário para pegar meu voo de volta e somente recebi meu dinheiro quando a atendente ligou para o gerente. Foi algo bem desagradável."

"Ótimo hotel dentro do padrão da rede. Próximo ao aeroporto e com transfers regulares. O transfer do aeroporto ao hotel é mais complicado porque temos que fazer uma ligação pedindo a van. Como não temos número nos Estados Unidos preferimos usar o Uber. O hotel fica bem perto do aeroporto. Café da manhã simples e bom."
