2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo steps away from sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez

Newly renovated (summer 2022) 1400 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom seaside condo with spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The condo is a corner unit located on the second floor close to the stairs and elevator for ease of access. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a king sized bed. The swimming pool is heated and has 3 adjoining hot tubs. The grounds are a combination of lush grass and flower beds. Access to the sandy beach is located at the end of the building. Please note that the complex has a renovation period between August 1st and October 15 and there may be some construction noise during the day between Monday to Friday.

Hidden Gem
Wonderful vacation at this hidden gem of a condo. Communication was easy, check-in seamless and provided amenities abundant. The location was excellent and entertaining with nonstop surfing right out your door. Dinner at Zippers was just a quick walk down the beach and any place else an easy Uber ride. The grounds are very well kept, the beaches beautiful and the pool convenient and clean. The condo is well air conditioned, spotless and stocked with many conveniences making eating in easy. Bryan was very helpful with transportation recommendations and quick to respond. Definitely plan to come back to this condo again - soon!

surf condo in Los Olas
201B has been renovated & is absolutely adorable. The Property Manager Frank reached out upon our arrival even brought us fresh mangoes that were amazing delicious! View is wonderful! And location is prime right between the two surf brakes. We would definitely stay here again. The property has a very chill vibe.

Great Condo on the beach. Beautiful Ocean front view. Condo is wonderful, great 2 bedroom, wonderful furnishings, stocked fairly well. Located on busy highway with lots of noise during the day.

All in All, A Great Stay
Very nice condo in a convenient location. If you enjoy surfing, this is the condo/beach for you. The condo is on the 2nd floor and had everything we needed; it was well appointed. Host communicated with us well! Convenience: Ubers are readily available. We could get to the super market (non rush hour) in 5-8 min for under $10. Same for getting to restaurants in the Plaza. (One trick: drop your pin at Zippers, it's on the map whereas this property is not and it's only 50 yards down the road.) Pool is small but it's nice and it's quiet. Ocean/beach is down a small set of steps and easy to get to. There is also a 'private' roped off sand beach that was nice. Cabo del San Jose has some incredible restaurants and an easy Uber. Some things to consider: The gym is very small with very outdated, equipment. (In fairness, Bryan (the host) shared pics so we kind of knew what we were getting; however, If you like/need a fully loaded workout facility, this won't cut it. Or, if you like working out early, security doesn't open the gym until 7 am. If you are not a workout person, then don't let this part negatively influence your decision :o) The only other thing is this property is right off a very busy highway so you get some traffic noise. When you are around the pool, you will hear some traffic but it's not overwhelming and a 1st world problem :o) We really enjoyed the trip. If the property upgraded the gym, it would be a no brainer to visit again!

Amazing Hosts, beautiful condo
We were so impressed that we were met by the property manager Logan to show us our accommodations. The list of information left by Bryan was comprehensive and so helpful. The condo was clean, bright, and beautiful. When we come to San Jose del Cabo again, we will certainly rent this specific condo.

So glad we stayed in b201 at Las Olas! Condo is beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer… Waves were consistent pool and grounds were clean and loungers and private beach section were perfect for resting/soaking up sun between surf sessions! Loved every minute and can’t wait to go back!!

High end condo, perfect location
Bryan's place is as fantastic as the photos. We had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and relax at the beachfront condo. It's a small complex so it's not super busy and we were able to get a shaded spot on the beach everyday. Super great location close to everything we wanted by car, really calm and swimmable beach. It was fun watching the surf school surfers out every day! Highly recommended and we'll definitely come again!

Property was as advertised We had a great time. It is a little outside of town but we used Uber and it was easy and fair priced. The highway noise during the day was a little loud at times but was quiet at night so not really an issue.

Fabulous condo
We really enjoyed the condo! So beautiful inside and out. We loved sitting on the huge balcony every morning to watch the sunrise. The condo had everything we needed and more. Modern appliances! The whole complex is very nice and clean. They might consider a few more pool chairs when it's crowded. We knew that we could always use the beach chairs up in the unit if we had to. We enjoyed our time there and we would recommend it highly. The communication with the owner and manager was top notch.

Great unit in a great complex! The bed was comfortable & the bedroom spacious and relaxing. The kitchen & living room are equally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The layout of the newly remodeled kitchen facing two balconies looking out over the pool & sea of Cortez, creates the feeling of a beach house, rather than a condo. Frank was as fabulous as all the previous reviews indicated. Bryan’s advanced written instructions made check-in a breeze. The strata grounds were immaculate & filled with colorful flower beds. The pool is lovely & comfortable with many accessible chaise lounges. Safe gated access to the beach, with surf lessons in front of the property. Thanks Frank & Bryan for enabling a relaxing, home-like experience.

Surf Vacation
Las Olas is a great spot to stay and this condo had more amenities than most. The pool is nice, but if you're a beach person, the beach is wonderful. Not crowded. The beach break isn't kid friendly. Book it and Enjoy it.

Perfect Location, Host, & Experience
Bryan's property at Las Olas was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances and air conditioning all work. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are updated. Communication from the owner and with the property manager was perfect. We had no questions or confusion about getting in and out and using everything available. But even above that is the location. It is amazing! It is right on a fun surf beach with a great pool and hot tubs. The listing photos are perfectly accurate. The tennis court / pickleball courts are in great shape. Although we brought paddles & balls, we spent nearly all of our time at the beach. The beach to the northeast is a long, straightforward walk with pebbly sand, while the southwest direction offers easily explorable rocky outcroppings, coves, arches, and other beaches of different sizes and types of surf, sand, rocks, small crowds, and even isolation. There is something for every type of beach lover. We saw a mother and adolescent humpback whale from the pool area about 3/4 of a mile offshore and even paddled out to within 50 feet of them before they headed further along the coast. Las Olas is just a couple of minutes from a number of markets, restaurants and about 10 minutes from San Jose's main plaza. It is about 25 minutes from the San Lucas harbor area. As you can tell, we highly recommend this property.

Perfect get away!
In all, one of the better VBROs I've stayed in. The condo was well stocked and maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, sheets were of excellent quality. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. Bryan, the owner was great to work with, clearly spoken and professional. Frank, the property manager was very helpful. He welcomed us the first day and checked in during our stay. Las Olas has a mellow and low key vibe. Great break for surf. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing condo!
We have been to Cabo many times staying at our timeshare, however we were unable to book it for our special anniversary. We are so pleased that we found this place on VRBO! Perfect views, we watched whales breaching from our deck and dolphins playing! We also enjoyed watching all the surfers and paddle boarders out front. The property was clean, well equipped kitchen and nice towels and linens. Nice pool area with well cared for grounds. It is close to some great restaurants and Frank the property manager is a wealth of knowledge for more options. I really should find something bad to say so as not to encourage too many people to book here but I can’t. We will definitely be back, as soon as possible!

Just Lovely
We stay at Las Olas a few times a year for the ease of board rentals, 3 surf spots right in front of the the complex and the proximity to airport. We do have small kiddos and we always try to be as respectful as we can to the long term residents as possible. We love the small community! This is the first time we have stayed in this particular unit and it was perfect. We will absolutely try to book this unit for the next family trip!

Such a Great Experience!
We’ve stayed in lots of hotels and condos around San Jose Del Cabo and this was by far our best experience! The condo is very clean and modern and located in a perfect spot for us with surfing and snorkeling right out front. We highly recommend this place for anybody looking to spend some time in the sun!

Perfect location, perfect atmosphere, perfect property manager and owner.
The title of my post says it all. You can’t beat this location, cleanliness and ease of checking in and out. Brian the owner was super easy to work with leading up to arrival. Frank, the property manager takes over after that and he too is a jewel. If you want to be on the beach, have the ease of being close to everything, and surf at your every desire, this is your spot.
