Walefield by AvantStay | Mid-Wilshire Home + Pool

This is a luxurious owner's home in "Mid-Wilshire", a safe and affluent neighborhood centrally located in Los Angeles with a walk score of 93/100, as you are only a ½ a block from 3rd St, which is full of great restaurants, and bars, cafes, and shops. Our home has an extensive culinary & chef's kitchen experience, which includes one large indoor kitchen and two outdoor kitchens. Our backyard has a pool, spa, and outdoor dining outdoor dining. All bedrooms have ensuite private baths & HDTVs.

You have one parking pass to park free on the street, so you can freely park one vehicle. This neighborhood requires parking passes to park on the streets. Once you have this pass which we provide, you will always be able to find parking very close to the house. We do not offer parking inside our house driveway since it is small.

We have a beautiful pool + jacuzzi and we will be giving you instructions on how to turn it on. The pool is is a dipping pool and it goes from 3.5 feet from the shallow side to about 6 feet deep on the deep side.

GUEST HOUSE
The 4th bedroom is upstairs in the guesthouse and includes its own kitchenette and private living space including a large full bath and balcony seating. It has it's own separate AC system here.

HDTV's:
We have an abundance of HDTVs throughout the house in many rooms all hooked up to smart apps to watch movies.

Our backyard area w/pool + jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor dining area is very private and beautiful. Back guest house includes separate living area, kitchenette, and game room on bottom floor. All bedrooms have ensuite private baths, and HDTVs.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- We have a ventless fireplace in the living room which is not allowed in California anymore so it's off-limits.
- Pool and SPA heat are available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Pool & Spa Hours: Daily, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Great stay
We visited LA for a few days after Disneyland with our children ages 1 and 4. The location was safe, house was clean, and the host was very responsive. Overall a great stay!

Nice location
Very nice layout pool and spa nice but to heat was to much so we didn’t use. Needed a refresh some loose tiles in kitchen shower in master never got hot water. Needed more cups glasses for 8 people. The game room was to hot and had pipes coming out of the wall. Needed to be stocked better hand towels bath towels etc. Slot of things did not work lamps toaster oven they should have been checked before we arrived over all the house had a lot of room and everyone enjoyed. Just little things.
