Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.
NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.
NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
