A beautifully landscaped oasis in the heart of Topanga, just minutes from the village with dining, shopping, yoga and pilates, and gorgeous hiking trails nearby. Property has 3 airstreams + 1 tiny home. Rent all units together for a group getaway, local event or wedding guest accommodations.

Guests have full and private use of their own tinyhome and yard. 1 parking spot is reserved on-site. If needed, additional cars can park easily on the street for free.

Topanga is the perfect blend of mountain town meets the sparkling Southern California ocean and best surf breaks. Along the coast, Topanga is located in between Santa Monica and Malibu. It is also conveniently located in between the Valley and the Ocean. Its perfect for someone who wants to feel like there away, but still being close to the action.

One of the most romantic restaurants in all of Los Angeles is within walking distance to the Tiny Home. The restaurant is called Inn of the Seventh Ray.

Please note there are 5 separate campers and tiny houses, with a mixture of long-term and short-term tenants. Please respect the private yard of each house. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

◦ No smoking of ANY kind ANYWHERE on the property--Topanga is a very high fire hazard zone! Smoking on the property will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without any refund
◦ Number of guests on the property at any time must match reservation, no extra visitors
◦ No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of property allowed without prior, written consent
◦ When available, early check in or late checkout is $30 (must be pre-approved)
◦ Please note: kids are welcome, but property is not kid-proofed or baby-proofed and many features are not suitable for younger children or babies
◦ Lost key fee minimum $50
