Overall a great choice!
Overall, this was a great experience. The location is directly across the street from the beach and has a view of the pier. It's in a recently renovated building that was quiet and relaxing. Walking to the Promenade, movie theatre, numerous stores, etc was great.
The actual apartment is pretty great, too, and we really liked all the "extras" provided by the host, such as an Uno game, Jenga game, chairs/towels for the beach, water bottles/sodas, and so on.
The TV/Roku is great, the a/c works well and the couch is comfortable.
The only issues were the address (the one listed is NOT accurate and it was horribly embarassing to go to that address and try to check in! I immediately looked at my inbox and saw that the host had just sent the CORRECT address--fortunately not that far away!) and the bathroom (the toilet had a bit of an issue, the shower head is very low and we each had to squat to get under it to wash our hair, and the door often stuck on its sliding track).
