Peaceful & centrally-located place. Our beautiful home has 3 bedrooms. 1 King bed and 2 queen beds. Kitchen is equipped. Washer dryer included. Spacious back patio. Wifi. We have awesome reviews and very good with communication. Beach mat and beach umbrella included.

30 mins to Long Beach Airport
19 mins away to Disneyland
16 mins away to Knotts Berry Farm

Perfect place to explore Los Angeles
We wanted a place for our family, where everyone would have their rooms and where we could cook and eat together. We were also looking for a place close to Disneyland, downtown LA, beaches and Hollywood Studios. Our expectations were fulfilled by this cozy house in the suburbs of LA. Owners were great and were always answering questions and requests quickly. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect for our family concert getaway
We stayed here with our family while waiting to go to a concert at the Hollywood bowl. The home was clean, well decorated, the yard was nice and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were roomy.

A wonderful place to stay!
We walked in the house and we're all surprised by the large spaces. The dining area and the backyard were our main hangout places. All of the bedrooms were very clean and the showers were great. We cooked breakfast each morning and drank coffee all day. The only thing I could even suggest would be to get a larger coffee pot. There was detailed information and communication from the owners and we enjoyed the location of the house. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely stay in La Mirada
This house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were older, but everything was clean and there was no clutter. The kitchen was well stocked for self-catering and the beds were comfortable. Our host, Vanessa, was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The location of the house is quiet, but close to all amenities. We would stay here again.

SFO with a view
Overall everything was great. Astonishing few from the Balcony and the master bedroom. You see the skyline of SFO and the Golden Gate Bridge. The house itself is in El Cerrito. It is not all of the house but the top level. Someone else is living in the bottom part. As the house is build against a hill this means you do have a Balcony on the backside but as well a yard with chairs, BBQ etc to the front side. The bed in the master bedroom is a king bed. The house is pretty much on top of the east hills. Great view but on the downside the water pressure is pretty low. However, the view and the friendly communication with Faisal is making up for that small inconvenience. Neighborhood is quit. Car is absolutely needed. I would recommend this rental to everyone and would definitely stay there again if being in the area again. Thanks Faisal.

Clean and inviting!
I was pleasantly surprised upon walking in, sometimes photos can be a bit deceiving… in this case it was in a positive way. As stated in the title, house was very clean. it has a nice backyard, and parking for two cars in the driveway. The host was receptive and available to answer any questions.

Nice home for a family
The house was very clean and as described in description. There were only 4 wash clothes for 5 of us and staying for 4 nights. I reached out to Vanessa and she did offer to come over to get us more but we had bought some at Walmart. I would recommend staying here.

Great location
The location was great for all the things we wanted to do and family to see. The yard & house were perfect size and layout for my 2 little kids. The owners, Joseph and Vanessa were very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay.

Not a responsive host
The house is spacious, clean and well decor; howe, we did not know that the gas stove did not work. After it was turned on, we smelled gas. We contacted the host around 9:30 pm to make sure if the house was equipped with carbon dioxide detector and if they could fix the problem. I did not receive any response till the next morning.

Spacious
The home was spacious which was great when traveling with children! Each bedroom had a tv which was helpful during the storm! There was a nice dinning area for our family to sit at the table and eat together. There is a backyard that looked nice although we didn’t spend time in it due to weather. The host was quick to respond and check in was very easy. It was about 15 to 20 minutes to Disney, there were a bunch of stores and quick restaurants nearby yet the house itself was in a quite neighborhood 😊

LA stay
We really enjoyed our stay minus one fact....the roofers! The host had the roof replaced during our stay and the roofers only worked on the weekend...starting at 8am! We were woken to loud banging all over the roof which is not ideal when trying to relax. Now I know we can't always choose when a roofing company can perform the work, but maybe try to choose dates when the house isn't rented out. However, having said that, it really was a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay and everything else about the house was great.

Good stay for families
Vanessa & Joseph were accommodating host.😃 We appreciated the extra pillows and blankets for our family. Everything was as described. The washer/ dryer was helpful eliminating bringing dirty laundry home. I would have appreciated an extra set of towels for our week stay. We at least got to wash towels and get clean towels from clean laundry area. You needed to purchase your own laundry detergent & dryer sheets which we prefer to buy our own. Wasn’t a problem. Spacious home with tasteful decor & lots of closet space. The kitchen was simple with drip coffee maker and toaster. We are use to using our Kerrig coffee makers at home and at previous VRBO rentals. We wish there was a blender for our daily smoothies. Ice maker was turned off without option to turn on. There was a two slice toaster but was with a 3 bedroom rental a 4 slice toaster would have been faster & more convenient when preparing breakfast for family. Gas stove was great! Home was charming although the only negative thing was the front door has a glass decor that you can visibly see inside living area of home from the street for less privacy. Although, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We did see people walking their dogs coming down the street looking right through the front door. We realize with Covid- there was no kitchen cooking oil or seasonings in cabinets to share except pepper & salt. The bedrooms were comfy with central ac/ heater with ceiling fans above beds. Nice rental!😄

Quiet neighborhood home
Good place to stay for a night, maybe two, if you're planning on sightseeing and eating out. Beds were comfortable, parking and access was pretty easy. Would definitely go back; good option for a work trip.
